The Importance of Giving Back
A focus on the community during the holidays and all-year round.
During the holidays, everyone's thoughts turn to the importance of gratitude and helping those in need. For Ardmore Realtor® Lisie Abrams and her family, giving back is a year-round endeavor that means rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty, literally. She and her husband, fellow agent and team member Brent Williams, spend their free time working in a community garden with their Ardmore neighbors.
The gardeners donate 90 percent of their crops to the local food bank, and during bumper growing seasons, they share the produce with other area businesses as well. Having grown up on the Main Line and lived throughout the world, including in Spain and Central America, Lisie recognizes the importance of counting blessings, embracing community and supporting her neighbors.
Helping improve food insecurity, an issue that affects 42 million Americans, is a passion she shares with both her family and her dedicated Ardmore team.
